"Starting up my business, Catering2Order has been a real challenge and continues to be; I wouldn’t have it any other way because the rewards are enormous. I lost my vision in 1996. Even though I was qualified, nobody wanted to employ me. I came across Action for Blind People and with their support I set up my company in 1999. I now have a team of 25 and 8 contracts which include the Olympic Delivery Authority."
