Counselling & emotional support

The Centre provides an excellent opportunity for blind and partially sighted people to find out about local services and try out, or buy, specialist equipment.
With over 1000 items for sale – including talking clocks and watches, accessible mobile phones and video magnifiers. We also have accessible keyboards and screen reader software, all designed to enable people with sight loss to live independent lives.
Our friendly staff and volunteers are on hand to demonstrate products and offer advice.
Opening Hours: 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and the first Saturday each month from 9.30am to 12.30pm
It is not necessary to make an appointment but give us a call before making a long journey, as we are occasionally closed for training.
