Our children, young people and family service provides a wide range of opportunities for blind and partially sighted children, young people and their families.

We would like to encourage greater social inclusion for visually impaired children and young people, providing the opportunity for everyone to enjoy full and active lives. We aim to support family members of blind and partially sighted children and young people and help people connect with their peers.

Action for Blind People have developed a transitions service specifically for young people aged 14–25.

Activity breaks

Action Activity Breaks are residential holidays for children and young people, aged 8 – 17 years, who have sight loss.

Actionnaires clubs

Actionnaires clubs are multi activity clubs for four to 16 year olds (under eights are welcome but parent needs to stay). You can register your interest in the service at the bottom of this page.
