We know that people who are blind or partially sighted often struggle to find work. Employing a member of staff with sight loss is often considered to be a challenge but, with the right advice and support, employers can retain skilled and experienced members of staff, and employees can continue work to do their jobs well – in spite of changes to their vision.
Our employment advisers also offer practical support with looking for a job. We provide advice and guidance on making the most of your skills and job searching techniques. We have lots of tips to build your confidence and get you ready for interviews
